If the invoice is not real, then the subscription is not real, and then there is nothing to refund.
It might be a ‘phishing’ attempt, where scammers hope that you click one of the links in the message and fill in your credentials on a look-a-like website.

It doesn't looks scam because I sen in voice again from appstore and apple tv and I unsubscribes by my self
and I check my network company and it payed £4.99

so I couldn't report about problems and refund that's why I use this one to get a refund or cancellation

You need to contact Apple as stated above, to resolve any issues with phantom subscriptions.
