FaceTime

I bought iPhone X 2 years ago from uae, which I still use it, FaceTime app sometimes pop up in the home screen and sometimes disappears & I really need it, what can I do

unable to see FaceTime App, cannot download it, Dubai bought iphone- now using in India I got an iphone from Dubai, UAE (iPhone 7) iOS 12.4.1 now I started using it in India I cannot see FaceTime app - not even in settings When I go to AppStore - it says " this app requires specific features facetime " Please can someone tell me how can I start using FaceTime on my iPhone here in India

FaceTime is not allowed on that device.

I know that no FaceTime for uae devices but I’m not in uae, still can’t download it!!
