Will the activation lock will removed if the previous owner deleted / remove his apple ID from apple?

activation issues:

previous owner cant see the device from iCloud after the iphone have been reseted to factory setting but still blocked by activation code. How to erase the devise from iCloud? Apple Id and password (for sure the correct one) cannot be used to unlock

If the previous owner deleted their AppleID without first signing out of iCloud on that device, then there is no way to disable activation lock now. There is also nothing Apple can do to rectify that situation.

iCloud must be signed out on the device before deleting an AppleID.

“Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.“

If the Activation Lock on the device isn’t removed by the previous owner, then the device is unusable and useless to you.
