Email from unauthorized sender to unauthorized address

I have Comcast as an email provider. My address looks like [mytag]@comcast.net. Lately I'm getting junk email that looks similar to my address, but ends with "...comcast@[something else each day].xyz". This is not on my approved list of email accounts. I can't delete it. My filter rules aren't working well. How is it hitting my iMail box? How do I peel this away permanently?

Dodgy emails - 1/2 of my alias email address used to send me emails? Eg, my email address is: ***g@icloud.com. But I am getting emails addressed to ***7@icloud.com which isn’t my address so how are they getting through to me? When I go into the Privacy box it goes on about even if I unsubscribe the site may still sell my info. Shall I just delete this email address. Blocking spam emails Hi , I have been receiving spam emails from the same sender . I blocked them , but they keep changing the first part of their email address to bypass the block . Is there anyway to block the domain ? I'm using Macbook pro with Catalina ,and mail. see the sender address change : Thanks for any suggestions
