Please please please reply this issue, cause I can't promote my podcast.

If my podcast has subscript, the cover will show.

but when I search my podcast, they not.

Who knows? I certainly don't, not least because I have no idea what podcast you are talking about. Unles you care to post the URLs of both your iTunes Store page and your feed I shall go on not knowing.

You are storing your image on storage.googleapis.com and it is forcing a download. This is very likely the cause of the problem - when you enter the URL in browser:

the image should display in a browser, not download as it is now doing. In any case I would strongly advise you to find somewhere else to host your image. Attempts by others to use Google Drive for their episode files has led to nothing but trouble - indeed I don't think I've ever seen it work - and it may be no better for images. An ordinary web hosting service which allows head requests should do.

Make sure your artwork meets ALL of these specs:

1,400 x 1,400 pixels min to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels max - SQUARE

.jpg or .png

RGB

AND

<500 kb file size

 NOTE per Apple - do not have any text in the lower 15% of the image

As Roger mentioned your artwork was not square - it was also CMYK - and must be RGB.

Once you make those changes - make sure the new version has a different file name then the current artwork - if the artwork was for example - logo.jpg - make the new one - logo2.jpg or anything different then the original file name.

It's still CMYK.

Your image is 1516 x 1520 px: it must be square. Also it has an alpha channel - you should flatten that (saving it as a JPG would do that).
