Google Chrome windows keep showing up from my other laptop

Hi,

I was wondering why this keeps showing up. Whenever I click on it, it opens the window that is being used on the other laptop. How do I turn this off? It is really annoying. What is this feature, and can I turn it off in settings? Thank you.
