Facetime audio/microphone cutting out Iphone 11 Pro

In the last few weeks I have had several friends/family members tell me that during facetime calls my voice constantly cuts in and out. I got this phone in December, an 11 Pro and have had no issues until recently. At first i thought it was a Wifi thing and connected with my provider who upgraded our wifi. However, its been happening when I have been on my Cellular Data and at other homes with wifi. Iv changed my phone case thinking it could have been that to no avail. Im hoping someone can help or I may have to take it in to my provider which i was hoping to avoid.
