My Apple ID is greyed out and I can’t access it

You will need to get the password from the person who set up the restrictions and is in charge of Screen Time.

You cannot access your Apple ID in settings because Screen Time restriction is active on your iPhone.

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Account Changes - Set this to ALLOW.
