So I already did this once and they got my series 3 and returned it "not repaired". Saying there was nothing wrong with it. The watch decided it needed another update and bam! Back with the red exclamation point again.


Talked with Apple support again and about the only thing we can figure is that I unpaired the watch from my phone in order to send it in to Apple repair. The watch was on the charger until the day I packed it up. Most likely it ran out of power by the time it get to Apple techs. They then powered it up and it had no issues so they sent it back. Thus I am trying this same process at home. Let it run out of power and see if it will reconnect with the phone. Remaining is the issue for update but we will tackle that if this proves to be the case...that the watch will boot up and look to pair with the phone. This is all I know so far. We'll see.
