2nd generation AirPods pro cracking noise
Why did apple try to scam $98 out of me for repair my brand new 2nd generation AirPod pros? Very unhappy customer @ this point. Bought the less four months ago. 😠

Yep - im the same, another angry customer! I got my right AirPods repaired due to crackling noises and two weeks later the left went. SO ANNOYING when you're paying $400 for what you'd hope to be a quality set of headphones!
Now due to covid I cant even get in to get them repaired - all the apple stores near me aren't accepting customers! I use them ALL day for work and I now just want to smash them into pieces.
