Macbook air has full battery charge but has no signs of powering on

Macbook air has full battery charge but has no signs of powering on. This is a 2013 MacBook air. It's been about a year since I had it on. I've charged it until the cord showed the green light. When I press power button there is no sound or keyboard lighting coming on.

I understand despite having a fully charged battery, your Mac won't turn on at all. No signs of life.

You can provably revive it.

Begin with If your Mac doesn't turn on.

Read and follow each of its steps, including all the links within it, all the way through and including Step 4, which directs you to:

If your Mac starts up to a blank screen

Read and follow each of it steps also, all the way through and including the end, which takes you to:

"If you still need help, please contact Apple Support."

That's all you can do.
