I am a former GarageBand user that is doing their first Logic X Project. I am ready to record vocals and I am struggling with levels.
i GarageBand, there was a very convenient Automatic Level Control (shown in the attached photograph). Is there something similar in Logic x? I appreciate any advice from the community. Thank you!

What are you struggling with?
manage your gain via your interface gain level, don’t put any plugins on the channel strip, don’t put anything on the stereo out to start with. This looks like an easy to follow guide- there are many others! Getting some knowledge in this area will really pay, because there’s no automated process for this that will cope with every situation.

That's for amateurs, Logic Pro is a professional program, you will have to educate yourself, laamusic has posted a guide.
We don't need Garageband in Logic. It's already been hacked enough. Worst case scenario is you still record in Garageband and import it into Logic.
