accidentally dropped my phone now it keeps on restarting on its own

i accidentally dropped my phone at work today. theres a small crack on the tempered glass but the screen itself is okay but now it keeps on restarting on its own. it usually restarts every 3-4 minutes. im sure the cause is the drop. a friend said to bring it to a authorize apple repair but my big problem is im at the province (for 2 months now) and the nearest city with authorize apple repair is still on hard lockdown so i cant enter the city right now. is there somehow a fix i can do without going to a apple store? any help is greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.

Hey Chelsica,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! Thanks for your question about getting your iPhone serviced. I'd be glad to see how I can help out.

If you're looking into potential service options, check out what options may be available in your region by visiting iPhone Repair and Service. Many regions have service available at an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store (where available, but some may also have other options, such as mail-in service, so review that, to learn what's available for you.

Hopefully that helps you out.

As a final tidbit, if you do end up getting your iPhone set up for service, look over this list of things to do before bringing or sending it in.

Get your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch ready for service

Cheers!
