My old MacBook was blown during a recent power surge. I am gutted.
I now live in a different country and cannot get an English sourced new one.
I will have to buy locally but want to sure that I can completely change not just the display but the system language or it will be unusable.
I’m not bothered about the keyboard but I need to see the OS in English.
Please give me hope.

All apple computers can change the language to English by just changing the settings in system preferences/language and restarting.

Just so that I’m sure ......it will say “music”, “pictures” etc in the file system as well as everything else? In other words, the OS itself isn’t language specific but can be changed?
