Pixelated screen

My MacBook just crashed when I was opening Skype . Even after shutdown it shows this screen and running hardware diagnostics for first two times didn’t show any issue but the 3rd time too it is showing this screen . I can’t get to go beyond this kind of screen and log on . I need to fix this urgently

Flicker screen Few days back I formatted My MacBook Air for the first time and then it started working absolutely fine. After time I notice that screen starts flickering. In general I don't close Chrome browser and VLC player just close the flap. Is there any way I can look to fix this one ? Also this flicker screen is not more than 2 sec.

Let it cool down & see if it safe boots...

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
