Magic Keyboard 2 right shift key not working correctly.

My magic keyboard 2 right shift key is failing to interact with a number of keys. (u, j , m ,; , ') and the left shift key is not working with u. I've checked for mouse keys being enabled, along with reset to factory setting. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting. This is also still happening while attached through usb.

Does anyone have any answers to this problem?
