i don’t want any billing information in my phone, every time i try to download an app it makes me put my apple id password in to review the billing information and i don’t want that, i just want the apps to be downloaded without asking any questions based on that topic.
That would be indicating there is a problem with your billing information, usually it want you to add the CVC again. Did you do that?
