My Logic Pro has completely freezed.

While I was working on a project I decided to download some new percussion sounds from the sound library. I usually never have a problem doing this, but for some reason this time when I did it I think it crashed Logic.

This is the only thing that appears when I try to launch Logic.I know that it froze because it's stayed like this in the same loading for the past few days.

It won't let open any existing projects or make new ones. I tried shutting down and restarting my laptop but, I can't do that without quitting Logic which it won't let me do. I even tried transferring Logic to Trash to see if it would go away but it didn't.

I haven't even used it for a week so all of this is brand new to me. I feel like I've tried everything and I don't know what to do. If anyone could give some of their insight, that'd be very appreciated :)

That does not look like you have Force Quit Logic, which is done by pressing cmd-option-escape.
