Apple Music randomly changing songs.
My music has started skipping during songs, randomly changing songs while another is playing, and skipping songs all together. Help?

Is this happening with songs you've downloaded, songs you're streaming, or both?
Does the same issue occur on both cellular data and Wi-Fi networks?
Have you tried restarting and testing again? Restart your iPhone
Updating to iOS 13.5.1 could help if you haven't already: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the steps above don't clear things up, tap Settings > [name] > iTunes & App Store. Then sign out and back in. When you do this, offline content will be removed so you'll need to re-download it after.
