Can’t answer calls then phone freezes and I have to restart

Thank you for posting your question. As I understand it, your iPhone stops responding when you answer a call. Answering calls is important, and I'll be glad to see how I can help with this.

Are you able to make calls? Knowing this would help in narrowing things down. If not, this could be helpful: If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone

Does your device stop responding in any other circumstances? If it does, it might help to tap Settings > Battery > Battery Health to see if there are any alerts about your battery or performance management: iPhone Battery and Performance
