iPhones settings
iPhone settings aren’t showing any option to allow apps to use camera or photos. Option is gone

Check Restrictions. Go to Settings>Screen Time and then restrictions to see if you have any on for that. Otherwise, the setting should be in Settings>Privacy>Photos, or Camera. You have to attempt to use Photos or Camera with an app before it will appear in the list. When you try, you should see an error and then you can click on settings in that error message and it should prompt you to allow it.
