The storage is still full even though I have free space

my Snapchat won’t let me save photos cuz it says my storage is full and when I followed the advice it gave me and deleted a bunch of stuff to free up storage it still says the storage is still full . Even tho I have free’d up hella space and i barely have anything on my phone now
