HomeKit secure video - no recorded stream

I have setup all required to make HomeKit secure video work but it does not store video and there is no playback option within the app.

I have Netatmo Cameras , 2TB plan , HomeKit HUB (Apple TV 4K) cameras set within the Homekit to record any motion and still no time line appears if i view camera stream!

What else needs to done?

HomeKit Secure Cameras won’t show playback? Set up our new circle 2 wired cameras for use with the HomeKit secure video recordings. I have recordings and stream turned on for motion, but neither of the cameras will seem to display the playback timeline to review history or video taken. Any ideas? We have our appletv set up as our hub. I’ve restarted both the cameras and the appletv as well as my iPhone as well where I am accessing the app from. No luck!

Homekit cameras won't enable Stream and Record Hi. I have 4 cameras in my Homekit setup. 2 eufy, and 2 Aqara. I have recently added the 2nd. Aqara camera, and wanted to enable Stream and record when away. When trying to do so, I just get the "thinking" logo, and it ends up in a "setup error". I then tried removing one of my cameras that have been working a long time, and now I have the dine issued with bit a Eufy and a Aqara camera. I use a Apple TV 4K as a hub. Does anyone have a solution for this? Apple tv, phones etc are all updated to the latest iOS 14.5

Homekit cameras won't enable Stream and Record (Logitech circle view) I have 2 Logitech Circle View cameras setup & working with Stream & Record for both home & away. Added 2 more same cameras but these 2 keeps returning Settings Error: There was an error updating the setting for this camera. Please try again later. I have tried later. I tried an hr later & a day later but still no luck. I read somewhere to reset the Apple TVs & that worked for them but no luck for me. I also tried powering them off & on but again no luck
