All contacts is missing in contacts
They are on my phone. But missing from mac.

It sounds like a syncing problem. Go into System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud, check to make sure Contacts is checkmarked. If it is already turned on, try unchecking it, waiting a few minutes, and then rechecking it in. Doing this may ask you to enter your password to re-authenticate your account.
