my macbook pro can not find the keyboard

Page E32 of the manual says 'If this is the first time you are connecting the keyboard to your computer, the driver software required to send and receive data will be installed on your computer automatically.'


Since they are specifying 'Mac OS® X (10.3.9, 10.4.11 or later, 10.5.2 or later)' this was obviously written some years back. It's quite likely that modern Macs won't allow any such installation to happen. Also, if you are running Catalina it's possible the driver is 32 bit and so won't run.


You need to get on to Casio Support and ask what the situation is.
