Cannot make calls, mic and speaker not working

I have reset, rebooted and restored my iPhone 7 and cannot make calls on phone or WhatsApp. I have checked the mic and speakers in a video and get no sound on playback. The speaker works on iTunes. When I try to make a WhatsApp call I get a message saying 'You cannot make a WhatsApp call if you're already on another call'

If you are unable make a call or receive; If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
