My iPhone 6 Plus just went dead. Black screen and will not charge

Wondering if anyone has had this happen and what to do. My phone suddenly went to black screen and charging does not restore it. Phone appears to still be active as I received a call through my Apple Watch and was able to answer that.

If you've got non-cellular Apple watch your iPhone 6 could be working just for some reason your LCD screen has gone faulty which you need to replace.

If you've got Mac/Windows machine you can try connecting it by official lighting cable (not a 3rd party charging cable) see if your computer recognises it.
