Cancelled macbook order without a reason

I placed my order of 16 inch macbook pro on 25th may and on the same day i received cancellation of the order without any notification on the mail

on apple website it showed a message “You canceled this item on May 25, 2020, and have not been billed for it.”

i didn't cancel the order even i cannot find out the reason of the cancellation

can any body help me on that issue
