When I try to sign in with my Apple ID it say this
Same thing. Can log in on win10 but not on iphone.

guys this just happened to me. i was super weirded out, but try resetting ur pw with this link. i was able to chamge my password and fix the application not found message. https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin

Also having this issue. Can not log into icloud website so it must be system-wide.

I think this is a way to force you to update. Every time there is an update something mysterious happens.
