Verification Failed issue

I have done everything i could and still says verification failed, i have have resent phone, used data, used different wifi, and reset password twice and still no effect. What else can i do?

Failed Verification Code I'm attempting to set up a new phone and I can log and I get a verification code, but it keeps saying "verification failed, an unknown error occurred." after entering the code. There is an issue at Apple's end. Do not make changes to your device.
