Application does not exist

Can’t login to icloud after resetting my password! This is really frustrating and all ky iOS devices show the same behavior

Whenever I try to do my password for iCloud it says “application does not exists” and when i go to reset it, it doesn’t allow me too when ever i try to do my password for icloud it says “application does not exists” and when i go to reset it, it doesn’t allow me too. does anyone know why ? Can't log into my icloud I've tried numerous times to log into my icloud but it keeps coming up with - the application you have selected does not exist. I log in daily through my work computer & this is the first time I've encountered this issue - is there a problem with the apple icloud?

There is an issue at Apple's end. Do not make changes to your device.
