Same issue on multiple devices. Took several attempts before I was able to sign into the community as well.
Saying either the application does not exist
Or says connection error connecting to the server
Apple is aware of the issue. It is now showing as a problem on the Status page.
I'm starting to see reports of people being able to log in. Apple is moving quickly.
And again same issue on multiple devices with multiple different accounts
Please be patient....
