macbook pro 2019 not charging when plugged in

I have a 2019 MBP 13 inch that is plugged in pretty much all the time. Every day, around the same time, the battery begins to drain from 100% down to 92% saying "not charging". once it gets to 92%, it begins charging again to 100%. this happens every day without fail, across multiple versions of MacOS. I have tried using different USB-C ports to charge, and different outlets. Using the stock power brick that came with the laptop.
