Exporting an music album previously uploaded from a CD

Years ago I uploaded hundreds of CDs into iTunes and have paid for iTunes Match ever since. I would like to export these purchased albums from Apple Music to a back up hard drive before disposing of the CDs. Is there a way to do this - individually by album or all at once for all uploaded albums? Or would I have to find a CD reader and load them all individually again?

Downloads from iTunes Match will typically be in 256k AAC format with a .m4a file extension, although I think in some cases you can get back a verbatim copy of the original upload in whatever format it was in.
