I can't load my music library. I’ve restarted the phone but nothing changed

hi, i seem to have problem with my music apps. its been like this since i update my phone yesterday. i cant load my music library. i’ve restarted the phone but nothing changed. help me out. thanks

Welcome to Apple Support Community. From what I am understanding is after updating you iPhone, Apple Music is not loading your music library, correct? Let's take a look into this!


To confirm some of the troubleshooting steps that have already been done?


  1. Device is updated to the last iOS
  2. Powered Off/On


Has the Apple Music App been closed and re-opened? Does the spinning gear continue: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open


Here is an article some troubleshooting steps if you are unable to connect to Apple Music: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
