When installing an application from the Internet, providing your Mac's Administrator account information confirms that you know what you are installing and the reasons for installing it. Also, you should know in advance how to uninstall what you're installing so that you can get rid of it when you no longer want or need it. If you do not know your Mac's Administrator Account password then determine who owns or controls that Mac and obtain that authorization.

It's not easy to be sure from that screenshot because the menu icon is indistinct, but that Mac may have been affected by the notorious MacKeeper junk. When you consult with your Mac's Administrator, have him or her uninstall it in strict accordance with its instructions. Rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk.
