When you go to settings—>safari—>advanced—>website data, can the information/website history listed here have been transferred from a previous device or is this information only from what has been looked up/visited on the current device? Thanks!!

Safari history is included in your backups and will restore to the new device when you restore the backup.

I don’t think that the cookies will transfer, but the history will. As soon as you go to one of those sites in your history, the cookies will come back.
