Frozen Iphone

Hi! my phone had a full storage, when I started to delete stuff it started to freeze. I switched it off and when i switched it on it stuck with apple symbol/black screen mode, I tried to restore it, and it didn't work out either. What should I do now?

iPhone 8 on full storage frozen on start screen. I have an iPhone 8 which was showing full storage or near it the past 3 days. I deleted some apps and photos and it made minimal difference. Today the message showed again and it wouldn't let me delete any apps and so I turned off the phone. It has been frozen on the black apple screen for 10 min so far. What can I do?
