Watch now not working at all since update
So I started the update. This firstly didn’t happen and kept cancelling itself out. But once It had started the update this now means my watch does not work at all and only shows an icon telling me to finish pairing on iPhone.
So I tried to pair my phone and watch, it allowed me to do this up until the point where is says there is an update and it only gives me the option to go forward with the update or skip update and reset my watch.
Firstly if I choose to go through with the update again it now tells me that the watch is up to date but that is all it says on the screen no option to continue to pair. The only thing I can press at this stage is cancel. If I cancel I go all the way back to the beginning again.
Secondly if I choose to skip and reset my watch it goes back to the very beginning telling me to pair it up again.
I can not access my settings in the app on my phone. The “my watch tab” is not responsive.
Normally I can press this and access my settings. But literally no response when pressing it.
when I try and access the settings on my watch the only option I have is to press the little ( i ) icon that’s in the “you need to pair your phone” screen. And this literally just gives me language options and try’s to update my phone again. I go along with this and the same thing happens “your phone is up to date” no options and no moving forward to pairing. Only cancel again and start again.
I have reset my watch. Turned both my watch and phone off.
Removed my Apple Watch from my devices in my phone.
my phone is connected to the WiFi as it says it needs to be.
Nothing is working.
I can’t physically access any settings
to try and remove or manually do something.
I have been trying to sort this for 2 days with no luck and really need some help.
Im stuck working on a boat and really need my watch.
