Phone reception issues when making a call on iPhone SE 2020

i am having a similar issue. I can make calls but they seem to drop off after maybe a minute on the phone. Saying call failed. I am then unable to call that person back again as it just says call failed. Signal is on about 2/3 bars and WiFi is also on about 2 bars.

this has been happening for about 2 weeks. I bought the iPhone here in the UK about a week after it launched. I don’t make many phone calls so I haven’t really noticed this being an issue until lately.
