For some reason (since the last update), my iPhone 11 is putting my calls on hold if I receive a notification of any sort (confirmed it happens with Outlook meeting notifications and Slack messages). I did the new 13.5.1 security update today and it did not fix the issue. Any ideas?

I understand that your calls are being placed on hold if you receive notifications during the call. As this is a very unique behavior, I'd suggest starting with a restart, as well as turning your notifications off and back on.
