Can't login to accounts on any app

Hi, I just updated my iOS to 13.5 and am having this extremely pesky issue. I can't log onto any of my accounts that have been linked to Social Media (Eg. Spotify via Facebook, any games where I have connected my account to gmail / Twitter etc).

Clicking on "connect" just makes the app hang.

I've tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the apps, clearing the app cache / resetting advertisement identifiers etc. Nothing seems to work.
