Further to comments offered by ProustGiulio, the good news is that the DuckHead (that provides the country-specific) pins is simple to change. The DuckHead simply slides off the actual Power Adapter.

As seen in this photograph, the DuckHead slides directly away from the viewer (or put another way, the main body of the Power Adapter slides towards the viewer).

If it was bought at an Apple Store or Authorized Reseller, have that charger replaced.

If it was bought at a 3rd party seller, you need to contact them and ask for a charger replacement.
