My credit card was replaced and I need to enter new payment number. I sign into my Apple ID account, click on payment and Shipping and see the old credit card listed. "Edit" is greyed out, so I can't correct the info. I am current with security updates. I don't have itunes and us the card only to pay for more icloud space. How can I fix this?

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
Can't change credit card on payment & shipping section greyed out
