Some notifications do not make my Apple Watch vibrate.

I got an Apple Watch series 3 about a week ago, and I am having a problem where some notifications do not make a vibration on my Apple Watch. For example, ESPN notifications always make a vibration, so I know that I have a notification. Yet YouTube notifications never make a vibration on my watch, they just go to the Notification Center. Because of this, I do not know when I have gotten a notification from YouTube. This is very frustrating because I have not even had my Apple Watch for a week, and there are already issues. If you can help please do, because I have tried many things and none have worked.

I looked at it and thought I found my problem. It said send to Notification Center: notifications are sent straight to the Notification Center without notifying you. It said I could change this by tapping on the app in the watch app on my iPhone. The thing is though, I can’t tap on the YouTube app on the watch app. All I can do is make it mirror my iPhone. Do you know what I could do now? I think the problem is that YouTube is sending notifications to the Notification Center without notifying me, but I don’t know how to change that.
