I found a bug while I was updating my Mac how can I report?

I was updating my Mac and when there left about 3 minutes my Mac opened everything in the background and started playing music on Youtube from browser even though everything was closed before I started updating even Siri was working. So my understanding is the Mac was completely working while I was updating.https://youtu.be/fpYFs-lZW98
