Two-factor authentication all the time

Every time I sign in to an Apple website using my email and password,

I'm always asked for the 6-digit Apple ID Verification Code and always asks "Trust This Computer?".

It's the only computer I have and I always choose "Trust" but it still asks every time I sign in.

What's the issue?

Really annoying.
