Files will play if they're in an e-mail. But if I download them to the desktop and try to open them, it opens Any Video Converter Lite and tells me "1 Failed to add file. failed files: (name of file)."
What's the solution to this problem?
Right click on any .mp4 file and choose Get Info. Change the app that opens it to QuickTime Player. Click the button to Change All.
