How do I find Apple TV+ app on my Apple TV device.?

You need at least. 3rd Gen Apple TV

Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD updated to the latest version of tvOS
Apple TV (3rd generation) updated to the latest version of Apple TV software

Otherwise you can airplay to your Apple TV
