Apple Mail App Shows the Wrong Name

Hello! I recently noticed when I send emails from the Apple Mail app, the name that appears as the sender is not my name. It looks like it’s showing an ancient Apple ID username that was once associated with an AOL email account many years ago. However, these emails are being sent from a Gmail email address.

I’ve already checked that Gmail has my correct name associated with the email address. I checked that my Contact Card has the correct name. I checked Settings > Passwords & Accounts > checked every email account and the name associated with each account. I also checked that my Apple ID has my name and the Gmail address associated with it. I also checked Settings > Contacts > My Info.

I’m about to throw this phone in the garbage and get a Samsung. Does anyone have any idea why this issue started happening or how to fix it?
